Shipping And Returns Returns Policy 

To return an item you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be shipped to the warehouse address provided on the RA#. – A returned item must be in the original packaging as it was shipped and in new, sellable condition with tags attached. Any item that is returned to us that has been visibly worn or is missing the tags will be subject to a restocking fee. 

We make every effort to make this site helpful and accurate. On occasion product styles may differ or change from the image provided by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that a product will exactly match each image, so it is important to verify the product description before purchase. 

Products returned for reasons other than defects will be charged a restocking fee of up to 25%. 

Several garment styles in large sizes, customized items(embroidered, striped, altered) special orders and clearance items are not eligible for returns. No Exceptions

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping or restocking fees. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please email us by replying to your original order confirmation to request your RMA#. Once we receive your email you will be sent the required information to complete the return. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. This can take up to 10 Business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 30 days or purchase. Please email customer service to setup and exchange for your item. You will receive a pre paid shipping label for the exchange and exchanged are limited to 1 exchange per order. When requesting an exchange please be sure to inform us of the size you wish to exchange for.

Shipping

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders of $149.99 or more within Canada. NO PO Boxes, any order that has a PO Box that does not select the correct shipping will be canceled or emailed for an alternative street address. The order will not be processed as is.

We try our best to get every order out the same day but Processing time varies, Most orders will normally take 24 to 72 hours to process your order during our slow seasons. Excluding weekends and holidays. During our busy seasons processing time can take longer due to the influx of orders being processed. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout and vary by location. Weekend or holiday delivery may be possible but will need to be arranged prior to ordering. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers, weather or other issues out of our control. Standard Shipping: Orders that ship Standard normally take 2-7 days for delivery depending on how far your location is from one of our warehouses. 3 Day Select: Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships, it will ship UPS 3 Day and arrive in three business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee same day shipping. 2nd Day Air: Selecting 2nd Day Air does not mean you will receive your order 2 days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships. It will take 2 days. Back Order: We will first contact you to discuss your options. Sometimes we may have an item on backorder. No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the original order will be shipped at our expense. 

Custom and Embroidery Orders: Custom and Embroidery orders may take 7 to 14 additional business days before shipping.
